Summary: We had a great experience with this rental and will likely rent here again. There is natural privacy at this place. The front and backyard are a little oasis of natural fencing of trees and bushes that make you feel like you are tucked away in LBI. The fenced in yard is a plus if you are bringing a dog. The inside worked well for my needs because we had two families traveling together. The two units made the vacation great because it provided a separate sleeping area for the other family upstairs and the only way to access it was the outside steps. The house felt lived in which is what you want in a rental and not just some boring white-walled home where everything is cookie-cutter. If you're looking for that, this isn't the place. We were very close to the beach and were able to walk there just fine. This is also walking distane to many of the shops at the north end of the island but expect to drive to the rest of the island if you want to head to Surf City and anything further. It's a decent drive to get to the southern end but I like being tucked away. Overall, great experience with this rental and as I said previously, I would recommend this if your living situation needs two living spaces.

Summary: We loved having two separate apartments, each with a private entrance. At night, everyone could go to their own place and have privacy. Each duplex was fully equipped. Features we liked: Upper level had a deck with table and chairs. Lower level had a private patio in front and a backyard with chairs, table and grill. Bicycles were available which we used to ride around. Barnegat Light is great for biking because there is very little traffic. It was a short walk to the tram which took you to the beach. We think the beach in Barnegat Light is the best on the island with a lot of dunes and vegetation. You could also walk to restaurants and a deli.

Summary: We had such a wonderful vacation, due to the house's perfect location, beautiful yard and outdoor area and very comfortable accommodation. We will certainly come back. I wish we were able to stay longer.

Summary: My vacation rental was excellent. The accomodations for our family were perfect. The house was clean and well maintained. The beach location was very close, as well as area eateries and gift shops. Although you had a walk through the dunes, there was always a sand tractor available to take you down to the beach which had a place to hook your beach chairs to which made it very convenient. Bikes were available and well maintained for riding around on the island. The owners are extremely accomodating and pleasant to work with. If I have the opportunity I will rent this property again.
